- Submitted documents will be evaluated and qualified applicants will be notified within 2 working days.
- Applicant will accept of reject the admission offer.
- Applicant pay admission application fee of 300 Euro.
- Applicant choses the service fee payment option and fulfil all the requirements detailed under each option. (Payment options and procedure are written below)
- We will process official visa invitation at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moldova. This takes 2 weeks.
- Applicant send us his/her international passport and we will commence visa processing. This takes 1-2weeks
- Applicant authenticates his/her academic documents at the ministry of education and legalize it with a copy of his/her international passport and birth certificate at the ministry of foreign affairs of his home country.
- When visa is ready, the university will issue an invoice for payment of full tuition fee, application fee plus a guarantee deposit of 1,000Euro (One thousand Euro) which the school will refund if the student maintain a good conduct all throughout his/her studies and does not have a reason to be deported. However, the deposit will be used to deport the student if he/she commits any crime that could warrant his deportation. Note that this is NOT part of the tuition fee.
- A scanned copy of the visa will be sent to the applicant and the applicant is given one week to contact any Moldova embassy or Moldova immigrations to confirm the authenticity of the visa.
- After the confirmation of the visa, applicant is required to release the service fee in the joint account or the escrowed service fee to Heartpront Consults.
- Applicant will pay for DHL and the visa will be sent to the applicant.
- Applicant will submit an application for hostel accommodation which ranges from 160euro in a single room and 80Euro in a shared room per month.
- Applicant is required to buy his/her ticket and send us a copy for us to receive him/her at the airport.
- Applicant will be interviewed for job in his home country after making all necessary payment, we will commence the process of securing a job for the applicant and we will also start the processing of study residence permit – Salary in Moldova ranges from 500 – 2000Euro and above in a month depending on the expertise of the employee.
- Note: We will only send passport (By DHL) to applicant after the university has confirmed the receipt of the tuition fee, deposit and after we have received the full service fee.
